Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your bluNeste’ order. Babies grow fast, so if a size does not fit we are glad to help you exchange it. This page explains how cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds work.

1. Cancelling an order

You can cancel an order before it is dispatched. Email info@rainbowkraaft.com with your order number as soon as possible. If the order has not been dispatched, we will cancel it and refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, but you can return it under the rules below.

2. Returns and exchanges

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it if:

  • it is unworn, unwashed and in the same condition you received it;
  • the original tags are still attached; and
  • it is in its original packaging where possible.

If a size does not fit, we will gladly exchange it for another size, subject to availability. If the size you need is not available, we will refund you instead.

Items that are made to order or personalised for you cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not what you ordered.

3. Faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we will pay the return shipping cost.

4. How to return an item

  1. Email info@rainbowkraaft.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
  2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it back with a tracked service. Please keep your proof of postage.

5. Return shipping costs

For a change of mind or an exchange for a different size, you pay the cost of sending the item back. The original delivery charge is not refunded in those cases. We cover the return cost if the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item.

6. Refunds

After we receive your return and check it, we will email you to confirm. We then refund the price of the returned items within 7 working days. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need an additional 5 to 10 working days before the money appears in your account.
