Shipping Policy

This page explains where bluNeste’ delivers, how long it takes, and what it costs.

1. Where we deliver

We deliver within India and to selected countries abroad. The countries available to you are shown at checkout when you enter your delivery address.

2. Processing time

We prepare and dispatch most orders within 2 to 3 working days after your payment is confirmed. During sales or festive periods, this may take a little longer. We will tell you if your order is delayed.

3. Delivery time

Within India: usually 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
International: usually 7 to 14 working days after dispatch.

These are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery can take longer because of the courier, weather, holidays or customs checks.

4. Shipping charges

Delivery charges depend on your address and the delivery method you choose. They are shown at checkout before you pay. If we offer free delivery above a certain order value, the offer is shown on the website.

5. Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we send you a message with the courier name and, where available, a tracking link. We use the email address you gave at checkout, and WhatsApp if you have agreed to receive messages there.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

For international orders, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees in your country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are your responsibility. Please check your local rules before ordering.

7. Your address

Please check your delivery address and phone number carefully when you order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If a parcel is returned to us because of an address problem, we can send it again, and you may need to pay the delivery charge again.

8. Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected time, or it arrives damaged, email info@rainbowkraaft.com with your order number and, for damage, a photo. We will work with the courier to sort it out and will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
