This policy explains what personal information bluNeste’ collects when you visit our website or buy from us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

bluNeste’ is a baby and toddler clothing brand operated by Rainbow Kraaft, Kandivali, Mumbai 400067, Maharashtra, India. You can reach us at info@rainbowkraaft.com. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean bluNeste’ and Rainbow Kraaft.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number, delivery and billing address, order details, and anything you write to us, for example in the contact form or by email.
  • Messaging details: your phone number and your consent choice, if you agree to receive order updates on WhatsApp.
  • Technical information: your IP address, browser type, device, pages viewed, and cookies, collected automatically when you use the website.

3. How we use your information

  • To process and deliver your orders, and to handle payments, returns and refunds.
  • To send you messages about your order, such as confirmation and shipping updates.
  • To answer your questions and give support.
  • To send newsletters or offers, only if you have agreed to receive them.
  • To keep our accounting and tax records as the law requires.
  • To keep the website secure and to understand how it is used so we can improve it.

4. Payments

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not store your full card number or card security code on our website. Razorpay handles your payment details under its own privacy policy.

5. Who we share information with

We share information only where it is needed to run our shop, with:

  • our payment provider (Razorpay);
  • courier and delivery partners, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your parcel;
  • the platform that runs our website and business system (Odoo), and our email and messaging providers, including WhatsApp Business if you have agreed to WhatsApp messages;
  • government authorities or advisers, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies

We use cookies that are needed to make the website work, such as keeping items in your basket. Where we use other cookies, for example to measure visits, we ask for your consent through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time and you can also block cookies in your browser settings.

7. Email and WhatsApp messages

We send messages about your orders because they are part of the service you asked for. We send marketing messages only if you have agreed. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop WhatsApp messages at any time by telling us.

8. How long we keep information

We keep your information for as long as we need it to deal with your order and any return or complaint, and for as long as the law requires us to keep accounting and tax records. After that we delete it or make it anonymous.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including secure connections and access controls. No online service can be completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it for marketing. You can also withdraw consent you gave us. If you are in the European Union or European Economic Area, you also have the rights set out in the GDPR, including the right to data portability, to object to some uses of your data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To use any of these rights, email info@rainbowkraaft.com and we will reply within a reasonable time.

11. Children

Our products are for babies and children, but our website is meant for parents, guardians and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

12. Transfers to other countries

Some of our service providers may process information in countries other than yours. Where this happens, we ask them to protect it to a similar standard.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
